The transport company also guarantees your quote up to $300, which is only one of many things that customers love about Sherpa. On the downside, it can be inconvenient. You must call for a quote, and its online chat feature is really just a low-IQ bot. Your choice comes down to price and quality versus convenience. If it’s worth 10 minutes on the phone, Sherpa could end up saving you hundreds of dollars.
